Our specialty coffee cart is a welcoming focal point for any refreshment break or conference gathering point. Enjoy an assortment of catered refreshments, snacks, and coffee/tea drinks, often highlighting local offerings, and tailored to your group’s preferences.
Indigenous Blanket Exercise
$500 – $1000
The Blanket Exercise is based on using Indigenous methodologies and the goal is to build understanding about our shared history as Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada by walking through pre-contact, treaty-making, colonization, and resistance. Everyone is actively involved as they step onto blankets that represent the land and into the role of First Nations, Inuit, and later Métis peoples. By engaging on an emotional and intellectual level, the Blanket Exercise effectively educates and increases empathy. Note other Indigenous activations are also available – See Indigenous Offerings.

Let our team of mixologists create a memorable theme bar tailored to the vibe of your attendees. This unique refreshment break may feature a non-alcoholic offering or be the talk of your happy hour reception as you head out to explore or dine.
VIP Lounge

Let us create special experiences that cater to your VIP attendees including vibe lounges for sponsors, speakers, etc. We have an assortment of lounge furniture and lighting that can create vibe lounges that set themselves apart from the conference floor or main areas. These lounges can feature premium food/beverage options as well as entertainment or activities.
Concierge
Starting at $300
TCU Place will welcome your group and provide conference attendees information navigating Saskatoon’s Downtown District, local highlights, and special offers available in the area. Our Premium Experience office works with local experts to host the concierge table and provide information on the best attractions, restaurants and entertainment on offer for your delegates or guests during their conference dates. Our team will set up a table in the lobby between our Gallery and Salon to enhance your registration and welcome experience on the opening day of your conference.
