“For thirty years the Silver Spoon Dinner has had the reputation as being the most elegant, popular and enjoyable women’s fundraising event in Saskatoon. Much of the credit is due to the awesome venue where we hold our gala – TCU Place. Their banquet room is attractive and classy, the A/V is of the highest quality and the food is always delicious and beautifully presented. Some years we have had over 1000 women at the Silver Spoon Dinner and TCU Place has stepped up to accommodate such a huge crowd in their usual outstanding style. The facilities are first class, as expected, but what makes them the very best venue for us are the exceptional staff there. Their people go out of their way to help us to make our event fabulous. They look after the tiniest of details for us, they welcome our dozens of volunteers and they stay friendly, approachable, gracious, professional and very accommodating throughout the whole process. For many years, Rhonda Chelack has been delightful to work with as were the catering and set-up crews.

Silver Spoon is a gigantic undertaking for a small group of volunteers but the staff at TCU Place have helped us keep the stress-level low by ensuring that our charity Dinner is always a fantastic success!”
